COMPLETED 2008-2009 SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM AND THE
$40 PAL SPORTS FEE PAID AND SUBMITTED TO THE SCHOOL
OFFICE before they will be allowed to practice with their team. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Please make arrangements to have the physical
done before school starts. Thank you.
